Common Issue

Premium modules (like TailoringShop) not activating even after clicking "Active" and saving the package configuration.

Step 1: Verify Package Permissions

Check your subscription level:

  • Ensure your account has premium module access
  • Verify your subscription includes the TailoringShop module
  • Check if your trial period includes premium modules

Note: Some demo accounts may have limited module access. Contact support to verify your account permissions.

Step 2: Proper Activation Process

Follow these steps exactly:

  1. Login to your RapiNova dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Package & Subscription
  3. Find the TailoringShop module in the list
  4. Click the toggle to Active
  5. Important: Click "Save Package" button
  6. Wait for confirmation message
  7. Refresh your browser (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
  8. Check the main menu for new TailoringShop options

Step 3: Clear Browser Cache

Clear your browser cache and cookies:

Chrome/Edge:

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  • Select "All time"
  • Check all boxes
  • Click "Clear data"

Firefox:

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  • Select "Everything"
  • Check all boxes
  • Click "Clear Now"

Step 4: Check User Permissions

Verify your user role has module access:

  • Only Admin and Super Admin users can activate modules
  • Check your user role in Settings > User Management
  • If you're not an admin, ask your system administrator to activate the module

Step 5: Database & Server Issues

Technical troubleshooting:

  • Check if your server meets module requirements
  • Verify database permissions for module installation
  • Ensure PHP version compatibility (7.4+ recommended)
  • Check server logs for any error messages

Server Issue: If you're on a shared hosting plan, some modules may require VPS or dedicated hosting for proper functionality.
